Frequently asked questions
What is SCOP?
SCOP tells the pump's average efficiency over the heating season: how many kilowatt-hours of heat the pump produces with one kilowatt-hour of electricity.
Can you get the household tax credit for installing an air-source heat pump?
A household tax credit can be obtained for the installation work, but not for the price of the device. Check the conditions with the Tax Administration.
